Joining the program is simple and does not require signing a contract. Cooperation is flexible, fast, and convenient in everyday design and sales work.
All you need to do is register an account, contact our team, and activate Partner status after verification.

Benefits program
The Moodnook Partner Program is based on simple and transparent rules. Partners receive a permanent discount after account activation, with no turnover thresholds and no additional conditions.
In addition to the purchase discount, Partners can use the commission program, a discount on display products, and support in promoting their projects.
Permanent 20% discount
Every positively verified Partner receives a permanent 20% discount. The discount is activated after account registration and granting Partner status.
40% display discount
Partners can use a one-time 40% discount on products intended for display or samples.
5% / 10% program
The Partner can share an individual discount code with their client. The client receives a 5% discount, and the Partner receives a 10% commission on the order placed with the code.
How does the commission work?
- The Partner gives an individual discount code to the retail client.
- The client creates an account or logs in, places an order, and enters the discount code in the cart.
- The client receives a 5% discount, and the Partner receives a 10% commission on the order value.
- At the end of the month, we send a list of orders and a summary of the commission due.
- The commission is paid based on an issued VAT invoice or bill.
Commission is calculated only for orders where the Partner's discount code was used. If the client does not use the code, the commission will not be calculated.
Discount codes work only after logging in or creating an account. If the entire order is returned, the commission is not due. In the case of a partial return, the commission is calculated only for products that were not returned.
Marketing support and promotion
At Moodnook, we value beautiful projects and are happy to show how our products look in real interiors. That is why we also support Partners in building visibility and recognition among end clients.
- We can promote Partner projects in our channels, including social media, our website, and the inspiration section.
- The Partner can send photos of projects featuring our products. We are happy to publish them and credit the author of the project.
- We also share Partner materials as stories and reels, supporting mutual promotion.
- We regularly receive requests for recommended designers and architects, which is why we actively recommend our Partners.

Product availability
Products can be ordered on our website even when their current stock availability is 0 pieces. This means that the product can still be added to the cart and ordered, and the order will be fulfilled according to the delivery schedule.
Many models are available in stock and ready to ship, while products sourced or made to order are processed according to the schedules of manufacturers and workshops.

Delivery and shipping costs
We deliver orders in cooperation with trusted courier companies, ensuring safe transport of every shipment.

How to place orders?
Orders should be placed directly through the website. This ensures that discounts are applied automatically and that the order is correctly assigned to the Partner account.

We do not accept orders placed by e-mail, phone, or messaging apps, because only online orders allow prices, discounts, invoice details, and commission settlements to be processed correctly.
The proforma invoice is generated automatically after entering the required details during checkout. Prices shown on the website are retail prices, and the Partner discount is applied after logging in to an account with active Partner status.
A convenient online catalog and filters help you quickly select products for a project without having to browse through extensive catalogues.
Catalogs and price lists
The most up-to-date product catalog is our website. The offer is constantly expanding, so prices, availability, and product variants are best checked online.
The online catalog is always available and up to date, making it easier to present products to clients. The clear store layout and filters help quickly find the right models without using outdated PDF catalogues.
The Partner discount is automatically applied during checkout and visible in the cart summary after logging in to an account with assigned Partner status.
Displays and samples
We want our Partners to be able to present products to clients conveniently and show their real texture, color, and finish.
We also help select bestsellers, samples, and products that work well in showrooms, design studios, and client displays.
A one-time 40% discount applies to products purchased for display purposes.
Important: before placing a display order, please contact us to confirm the details and receive a discount code.
Returns
Partners can return ordered products within 2 months of receiving the order. The extended return period makes purchasing decisions safer, especially for larger projects and consultations with end clients.
If the entire order is returned, commission from the discount code program is not due. If the client returns part of the order, the commission is calculated only for products that were not returned.
