Mood Nook Order Fulfillment
Mood Nook processes orders in a way that is tailored to the work of architects, interior designers, and clients creating refined interiors. Some products are shipped from our warehouse in Gdańsk, some are imported from manufacturers, and selected collections require individual preparation.
Predictability is important when it comes to interior design, so we clearly show where the completion date comes from. The order time is influenced by warehouse availability, manufacturer availability, selected finish, product quantity and delivery method.

Usually ships within 2 business days from the receipt of payment.

Implementation in the context of the interior
At Mood Nook, an order often includes products from different brands, collections and categories. Therefore, in addition to the shipping itself, availability, compatibility of finishes and the ability to arrange a convenient delivery method are important.
If you are assembling more products or need a specific date, it is worth checking the availability of key components and imported products in advance. This helps you plan your purchase better and avoid delays.

How do we plan implementation?
We analyze each order in terms of availability, delivery date and method. For larger or more complex orders, we can help streamline the process so that your products arrive on time.

We are taking your order
Once you place your order, you will receive confirmation. The order then enters our service system and we begin verifying it.

We are waiting for the payment to be processed
In the case of a transfer, card payment or electronic payment, the processing time is counted from the moment the money is credited to our account or the seller's settlement account.

We are checking the availability of the collection
We check whether products are available in our warehouse, require import from the manufacturer, or require custom preparation.

We complete products for implementation
Products available immediately are prepared from stock. Products with longer lead times are waiting for delivery or preparation by the manufacturer.

We pack the order
Once everything is complete, we secure the products for transport. For delicate, larger or non-standard products, packaging may require extra care.

We hand over the parcel to the courier
Once your shipment has been physically shipped, you will receive a tracking number. From this point on, delivery depends on the courier company.
Availability in the project
In our store you will find products with different delivery times. Availability information for a product helps you plan your fulfillment schedule, especially when your order includes multiple brands, finishes, or categories.

Products available from the manufacturer
Some products may be available from the manufacturer or supplier but are not physically in our warehouse. In this case, we must first bring the product to us, check it and prepare it for shipment.
MADE TO ORDER
Custom-made products
Selected products are prepared specifically to customer order. In this case, the deadline may be longer and depends on the manufacturer, finish, color, size or configuration.
How do we determine the completion date?
If the order contains several products with different delivery times, we will normally accept the longest delivery time. This means that products available more quickly can wait for imported or made-to-order products.
Completion dates are given in business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the order processing time.
If you would like part of your order shipped earlier, please contact us. We will check whether splitting the shipment is possible and whether this will involve additional delivery costs.

An interior design order often includes products from different brands and categories, which may have different availability dates.
We typically complete everything before shipping, but in urgent situations, we may check the feasibility of shipping available products earlier.
One complete shipment
As standard, we wait until the entire order is completed and then ship them together.
Possible order splitting
If some products are available sooner, we may check the possibility of earlier shipment.
A few packages
Larger orders or products requiring separate protection may be shipped in multiple packages.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, payment card or electronic payment, the order processing time is counted from the date of crediting the seller's bank account or settlement account.
When paying by online transfer, the time of receiving the package may be extended by the time it takes to process the transfer.
In the case of installment payment, the deadline may be extended by the time needed to prepare and sign the installment agreement.
Order statuses and Customer Panel
Once you place your order, you will be kept informed of any status changes. We send a message when:

We have accepted your order.

The order has been paid and the payment has been recorded.

The order has been completed and is waiting for the courier.

The goods have been shipped.
By Customer Panel you can always check the current one order status and, after sending the parcel, shipping number of the courier company .
The status "paid" means that the payment has been posted. It does not yet mean that the package is ready for shipping. The status "in progress" may mean that the order is being completed, waiting for the product from the manufacturer, or that the order is being prepared for packaging.

Shipments are delivered by courier companies. From the moment of shipment, the carrier is responsible for the fastest possible delivery.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, depending on the type of shipment, delivery address and courier company.
The tracking number only appears after the parcel has been physically shipped. The status "paid" or "in progress" does not mean that the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
The tracking link may only become active once the shipment has been received and scanned by the carrier.
Order changes and delays
If you would like to change your delivery address, product variant, quantity, or other details in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. The possibility of making changes depends on the stage of order fulfillment.
In the case of products that are made to order or imported specifically for a customer, it may not be possible to change or cancel an item once the manufacturer has started fulfilling the order.
If the delivery date changes due to a delay on the part of the manufacturer, supplier or carrier, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such a situation, we can check available solutions, for example waiting for a complete set, splitting the shipment or changing the product to another available variant.

The deadline is counted from the payment
The processing time for Mood Nook orders is counted from the moment the payment is credited to our account or the seller's settlement account.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in the order processing time.

The status "paid" does not mean shipping
The status "paid" means that the payment has been posted. It does not yet mean that the parcel has been prepared or handed over to the courier.

Custom-made products may require additional time
Products imported from the manufacturer or made to order may have a longer lead time than products available in our warehouse.

If the order contains products with different delivery times, we will normally ship them once the entire order is completed. The possibility of earlier shipment of part of the order is discussed individually.

The tracking number appears only after the shipment is physically handed over to the courier. The tracking link may only become active after the carrier scans the package for the first time.
Questions about order fulfillment
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Payment for your order begins processing, but your order may still be waiting for the products to be completed, delivered by the manufacturer, or prepared for safe shipment.
Why wasn't an available product shipped immediately?
The product may be available from the manufacturer or supplier, but not necessarily physically in our warehouse. In this case, we need time to bring it to us and prepare it for shipping.
Can I receive part of my order early?
In the case of mixed orders, we may check the possibility of earlier shipment of products available immediately. Contact us and we will verify available solutions.
Does the deadline include weekends?
Completion dates are given in business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the order processing time.
When will I receive my tracking number?
The tracking number only appears after the parcel has been physically shipped. The mere fact that payment has been recorded or preparation has begun does not mean that the shipment has been handed over to the courier.
Why is the tracking link not working yet?
The tracking number may be visible before the courier first scans the package. The tracking link usually becomes active once the shipment has been received and scanned by the carrier.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes, larger or more varied orders can be shipped in multiple packages. Each parcel may have a separate tracking number.
Why might the completion date change?
The deadline may be affected by manufacturer availability, selected product variant, delivery delays, seasonal production load or transportation. If the date changes, we will provide updated information regarding your order.
