Step 4: Mounting Accessories (UK) British Standard is a type of electrical fitting used primarily in Great Britain, Ireland, and some Commonwealth countries. It includes switches, dimmers, sockets, and functional accessories such as cooker switches, fan isolators, and shaver sockets. Components of this standard are designed for installation in rectangular boxes with a characteristic format, and the mains voltage is 230 V / 50 Hz. The British standard is distinguished by its robust construction and additional safety features, such as integrated fuses and contact shutters, making it particularly valued in domestic and commercial applications.
To correctly configure a European standard accessory kit, it is necessary to complete all four steps of the configurator. Each step is responsible for an important functional and aesthetic element of the kit. Skipping any step may result in an incomplete order or incompatibility.
