PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Furniture knob Basic 30 (High) is an elevated version of the classic wooden knob, made of solid oak wood and protected with hard, colourless oil with a semi-matt finish. Its simple form combined with a higher profile provides a comfortable grip and an elegant look that will work well in modern, natural and timeless interiors.

OIL DESCRIPTION: Hard colorless oil (semi-matt) – it is a natural oil with hard wax. It does not contain solvents. A wooden coating impregnated with this oil is even more resistant to water and abrasion and remains bright longer (it turns less yellow).
MOUNTING METHOD : We recommend installing handles and knobs manually using a screwdriver. We do not recommend using screwdrivers.
METHOD OF CLEANING : Cleaning can be done with a soft cloth soaked in a mild solution of gray soap (well squeezed), in the direction of the wood grain. Wipe dry. Do not use synthetic detergents and other strong cleaning agents. Oiled wood must not come into contact with alcohol - could become permanently discolored. Wet wood should be wiped off repeatedly. If the coating requires renovation, the sanded, dust-free handle should be re-oiled with two layers of oil.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : As wood is a natural material, the colors and grain pattern vary slightly between the products. It may happen that individual handles, knobs and hangers will have dimensions slightly different from those given in the description (differences less than 1 mm). Each piece is handcrafted in a Polish factory.
IMPORTANT : Once you have marked and drilled the holes, when you test mount, check that the screws are at right angles to the handle and the front of the cabinet. If there is any deviation, enlarge the holes (e.g. by 1 mm) and try again. Positioning the screws other than perpendicular may result in damage to the handle during installation or use. When the screw is tilted, very high forces act on the handle, other than when using a properly attached handle.SET CONTAINS :

You may return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that they are complete, in their original packaging, and show no signs of use. After this period, returns are no longer possible.
If a defect is discovered after opening or at a later stage, only a complaint may be submitted. If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, the issue must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
